I've been feeling kind of... blue... lately. Not necessarily sad, but just blue. The color. So I've been researching the color and it means lots of different things to lots of different cultures. Inspiration, good luck, youth, home. It's universal too. The sky, the sea. Everyone's seen blue before unless you're some hermit that has never ever left your cave. Ever.
However, the things that impacted me was depth. It's true, the sky goes on and on forever, and the sea sure seems like it does. So why not write about depth as to what it is to me? Friendship.

I totally enjoyed reading this! You found good comparisons and I was able to picture the scene very well. I especially liked the it that you used the same ending and beginning with blue and the sky and the sea. You showed the sheer simplicity of the colour but still it's everywhere and always there. Nice!
